Return and Exchange Policy

At Nattal Jewelry, we value your satisfaction and want you to love your natural stone jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.

Exclusions:
  • Personalized, custom, or engraved pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (special offers)

Process:

    1. Contact us at nattaljewelry@gmail.com to initiate a return.
    2. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
    3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery.
  • For exchanges, follow the same steps as the return process.
  • A new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging for faster processing.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized orders unless defective.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7–10 business days. All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
