Once your order is placed, Nattal Jewelry will promptly begin processing it. Items in stock will be shipped directly to you. In the rare event that an item marked "in stock" is unexpectedly unavailable (for example, due to simultaneous orders), we will contact you immediately. 

Delivery Time
Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.
Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL): 6-8 Business Days.
Premium Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over 3 pieces. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs are bleow:

Remarks:
If you choose Express Shipping, it is $29.99 USD to all regions.
Free shipping for more over 3 orders is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

Wrong Shipping Information

If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel. Contact us at nattaljewelry@gmail.com

 

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:   TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, the shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

Missing Orders

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at nattaljewelry@gmail.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

Holidays

Please note that during public holidays, processing times may be longer. We will update our website with any changes to our shipping schedule during these periods.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax has not been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Nattal Jewelry encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Unfortunately, Nattal Jewelry has no control over these costs and cannot predict the amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Nattal Jewelry at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Engraved Products

Please note that items with engraving are custom-made and cannot be exchanged or returned.
